In the heart of summer, the salon of Palazzo Jannuzzi hosted a special evening: an elegant dinner, designed to celebrate the brightest season with taste, style and a touch of Apulian authenticity.
The table, long and carefully laid, fully reflected the theme of the evening: warm and vibrant colours, floral references, handcrafted ceramics and details recalling the sea and the land.
A refined but never excessive setting, capable of evoking the scent of summer in every detail.
The menu was a tribute to indigenous Apulian cuisine, with dishes that emphasised local and seasonal ingredients: from raw field vegetables to handmade pasta, to fresh fish and traditional desserts reinterpreted with elegance. Each course was designed to recount, through taste, the profound link between territory, conviviality and the seasons.
What made everything even more evocative was the setting: the 19th-century hall of Palazzo Jannuzzi, with its soft light and intimate atmosphere, impeccably framed the dinner, giving guests an experience suspended between past and present.
An evening that combined hospitality, aesthetics and flavour, transforming a simple convivial rendezvous into a moment of genuine pleasure and sharing.
